PECAN BROWNIE
bahan2 yg diperlukan
(A)
320 gm butter
250 gm cooking chocolate
(B)
300 gm gula caster
1/8 tsp garam
5 biji telur
1tsp esen vanila
1/2 tbsp coffee paste
(C)
200 gm tepung gandum
1 tbsp serbuk koko
150 gm kacang pecan (panggang)
(D) hiasan
1 tin nestle cream
1 tbsp nescafe
250 gm cooking chocolate
snow sugar
cara-cara
panaskan (A) hingga cair, sebatikan dan sejukkan
pukul sebati bahan (B) then campur (C) diikuti bahan (A)
guna acuan 12" bakar 180 C dalam 35 hingga 40 minit
cairkan bahan (D) (kecuali snow sugar) kaedah double boil @ steam
curahkan atas brownie yg dah masak n sprinkle snow sugar on top
