KIV untuk pojek ujung minggu ni...ish! banyak resepi chocolate chip ni..nak wat yg mana satu nih...!!! ade 2 pilihan terakhir...mungkin buat resepi B kot...x byk bahan ....tp mama suke oatmeal...berkhasiat penuh fiber...
resepi A jumpa kat tenet tak ingat lg blog sape...dikatakan sedap sgt...
resepi B sudah semestinya dari dapo Hershey's

apa2 pun sebelum lupa & resepi ilang dr pandangan bek post resepi dulu.....
resepi A
2 cups butter
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cup brown sugar
2 cups blended oatmeal (sukat oatmeal & blenderkan halus)
24 oz chocolate chips (+-685 gm)
1 tsp salt
18 oz cadbury bar (grated)(+-510 gm...1/2 kg lebih)
4 eggs
3 cups chopped nuts (your choice)
2 tsp vanilla
resepi B (hershey's classic chocolate chip cookies)
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup granulate sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups hershey's choc chip
1 cup chopped nuts
2. Beat butter in large bowl until well blended. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar; beat thoroughly. Add egg and vanilla, beating until well blended. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 3-1/2 dozen cookies.
*sekut ni mengembang gedabak...jadi pakai teaspoon...
