FILET IKAN DAN SOS TARTAR

mulai sekarang nak kurangkan makanan berasas daging, nak banyakkan makan sayur dan ikan je...ye ke? he heh !!...ye lah tu!!

FILET IKAN
bahan-bahannya

200 gm filet ikan kurau
1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 sudu teh garam
1/2 sudu teh lada sulah

untuk di hidang bersama

kentang goreng
lobak merah dicelur
bunga kobis dicelur
kacang buncis / asparagus dicelur
potongan lemon

penyediaannya

ikan dibersihkan dan salut dengan tepung yg telah digaul garam dan lada sulah n
goreng dengan sedikit minyak, balik2an supayaa ikan masak sama rataa
angkat dan hidangkan bersama sayurn yg dicelur, kentang goreng dan sos tartar

SOS TARTAR
bahan2nya

(a)
10 gm daun parsley
40 gm bawang besar
1 biji telor rebus
50 gm timun jeruk (gerkin)
(b)
mayonis
jus lemon
garam
lada sulah

cara2nya
bahan (a) dicincang berasingan gaul sebati dengan bahan (b)
sejukkan dalam peti sejuk sebelum dihidangkan bersama filet ikan


MAYONNAISE

HOME MADE MAYONNAISE Mostly used: as what ever you feel like adding it to! Home made Mayo is more tasty than any mayo you could buy on stores, BUT - can’t be kept for long in the fridge.
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 1/3 cups oil
some salt and pepper
Directions
In a bowl or in a food processor, scramble egg yolks with vinegar and mustard.
Add oil slowly while constantly mixing, until a thick mayo is formed.
If it’s too thick, you can add a bit vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper.
Keep in the fridge up to 2 days.
