BEEF SALAD


(A)
500 gm tenderloin steak/boneless ribeye
1 tbsp hoisin sos
50 ml fish sauce

place steak on a plate & spoon on hoisin sauce & 1 tbsp fish sauce
rub seasoning onto both sides of steak ~grill for 3-4 min per side until medium-rare then slice thinly against grain

(B)
1 tbsp fish sauce
50 ml lime juice
1 tbsp palm or brown sugar
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tbsp roasted rice powder (beras digoreng tanpa minyak & tumbuk)

(C)
1/2 english cucumber peeled, halved lengthwise & thinly sliced
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes / guna yg besor cut in wedges
3 green onions chopped
1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves

in a large bowl combine (B) add (C) & (A) toss gently
